About the role
This very exciting opportunity exists for a New Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will have the desire to provide service excellence with a can-do attitude. You will be working alongside experienced and knowledgeable Sales Agents that will guide and mentor you throughout your career.
Your role:
- Prospecting from the database
- Warm and cold calling
- Generating new business
- Conduct open home and private inspections
- Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers
- Building rapport with potential sellers
- Creating new relationships with vendors
- Actively participate in all training and development opportunities

Skills and experience
- Hold a valid driver's license and car
- Have a positive approach with a strong customer focus
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and hungry to succeed
- Professional presentation
- Highly organised
- Experience in real estate sales preferred but not necessary
- Must hold or obtain a QLD or NSW Certificate of Registration or a Certificate of Attainment
- Successful applicant must undertake our induction and training program before commencing in the office.
