THE COMPANY

Our client over the last decade has firmly cemented its reputation for developing prestigious, high quality residential developments. As a privately owned company with an extensive property portfolio, they provide both their clientele AND their staff with long term security. Its record can be judged by a range of luxurious developments throughout the Sydney area's of Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, Northern Districts, and Hills.

More excitingly, they have landmark developments coming up here in NSW, and also VIC and QLD and an incredible budget allocated for marketing / events to support the sales team reach their goals (personal aspirations and the company's)

THE ROLE

This role is an exciting role for a super-star sales executive who wants to make a name for themselves, grow a team under them and earn an incredible income!! Working in a team of 5 others, your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and inspire a team of sellers under you
  • Servicing all incoming buyer enquiry
  • Educating buyers regarding other projects (for multiple purchasing)
  • Property investment and general property market commentary
  • Sourcing buyers through networking and strategic relationship building
  • Continued communications with purchasers through to settlement
  • Managing external agent relationships and referrals
  • Attending regular networking events

REQUIREMENTS

  • Background in achieving project sales targets and KPI's
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring a team
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is desirable, but not necessary
  • Hunger to succeed - this is a very hard working environment
  • Good personal presentation, sharp and a good presence
  • Current Certificate of Registration (or License)
