Large Navigational company looking for experienced service coordinator
Your new company
A global supplier to the of GPS and fleet management in the northern suburbs has a long term employee moving on and is currently seeking a Service and Support coordinator commencing immediately.
Your new role
This organisation prides itself on having an excellent reputation within the industry and have been established for over 20 years. The role requires you to organise contractors on a national bias looking after large and important clients. The client will provide an excellent working environment and there will be a full handover provided to the successful candidate. This is an opportunity that will not come up again as this company has extremely low turnover due to the enjoyable environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be based in an office but ideally could come from an off the tools background as some technical knowledge is required for this role in order to advise the customers that are calling in to what products they may require and providing technical after sales support over the phone. This is an office based phone based role and could suit a candidate who has come from a trade background and has an understanding of how to liaise with the trades team. You will have knowledge of JDE systems and Oracle and be administratively savvy.
What you'll get in return
You will be a good mannered, professional individual who enjoys dealing with customers and providing excellent customer service. You will be constantly liaising with a variety of tradespeople so will need to be able to communicate at all levels and have the ability to provide sound product advice and quotes over the phone for their products. You will be dealing with retailers both locally and overseas.
