The successful candidate will join a team of property specialists with extensive experience in development, acquisitions, divestment and real estate markets. Our knowledge of government and the property sector, including a track record of undertaking an array of complex transactions and developments, means we are trusted to deliver many challenging projects and capital recycling initiatives.

 

The Role

We are seeking someone with proven property administrative skills to support the Development & Transactions team to facilitate the effective management and delivery of advisory, development and transaction projects for NSW Government property assets or portfolios.

 

This is a unique opportunity to use your influencing, collaborative and planning skills across a diverse range of stakeholders to effectively meet PNSW objectives.

Closing date: 25th July 2018. Your application should include a covering letter, maximum of one page, which includes your response to the two target questions and an up to date resume of a maximum five pages, clearly detailing your skills and experience as relevant to this role. Applicants invited for interview may be required to complete additional assessments. There is no specific selection criteria to be addressed, however please provide a response to the following target questions as part of your application.

 

Target Questions

 

Question 1 - Describe a situation where you had to deliver many different pieces of work with competing deadlines. What steps did you take to ensure deadlines were met?

Question 2 - Describe a time when you faced a particularly demanding work situation. Discuss how you responded and the outcome that was achieved due to your involvement and management of the situation?

 

Salary: Grade 5/6 Salary package up to $99,522 Package includes salary ($81,369-$89,781) plus employer’s contribution to superannuation, commensurate with skills and experience.

 

Job Status:  Ongoing under the Government Sector Employment Act 2013.
