What this opportunity involves:
The Research Manager – Forecasting role will see you join our Australian Research team to be based in Sydney. You’ll be a highly motivated and experienced Research professional ready to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment. This role will cover the commercial property sector across Australia.
You’ll be responsible for the creation and dissemination of the JLL house view, client presentations, ad-hoc consulting requirements and form part of the management team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of our market-leading research subscription service.
We have over 50 years of commercial property data and we want to generate a sustainable competitive advantage by unlocking hidden insights in our data for internal and external clients. Developing relationships with key stakeholders to establish objectives and research requirements to enhance client experience, which in turn will see you establish a personal profile of credibility and reliability with JLL’s client base.
As a capable and confident analyst, you’ll be able to take your insights on the commercial property sector to work on thought leadership papers to enhance the profile for the Australian business.

If you have a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience and degree qualified in the areas of Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Analytics, Market Research, Property or a solid quantitative discipline. Experience with econometrics software tools will be highly regarded. The unparalleled attention to detail and professional writing abilities you hold, are key contributors to your success, and you absolutely love working with and analysing data. A results orientated person, you are a superior communicator with ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations.
