About the role

Dahua Group currently has a great opportunity for 2 Assistant Development Managers to join our dedicated and successful team in Melbourne. The role will provide valuable support in managing the day to day project deliverables, gaining exposure and experience in projects that are in various phases of development.

This role will be ideal for someone with a solid understanding of the property development industry, and an eagerness to learn.  For the right candidate, we will provide the platform for professional growth and career path, as well as a great team environment to work in.

Skills and experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Planning, Project Management or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 2 years of Project Management or Property Development experience;
  • Sound ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
  • Great stakeholder management skills;
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team; and
  • Ability to take initiative and manage own workload.
