We are seeking applicants for a full-time sales trainee, to expand our growing team within our dynamic Manuka Office.
This is a perfect opportunity for you to start a successful and exciting career in the Real Estate industry.
Candidates will require drive, commitment, strong communication skills and above all - a passion for sales.
Initial employment will be in leasing, where your focus will be providing excellent customer service while learning our systems, policies and procedures.
Progressing into Business Development, where you will focus on prospecting for potential clients.
You will then integrate into a sales support role, assisting an experienced Real Estate professional and from here it is expected you will transition into a full-time sales role with unlimited earning potential.
We will provide professional training and support the successful candidate in obtaining their Qualifications and reaching the goals.
Remuneration will be in accordance with the Real Estate Industry Award 2010.
This is a Monday to Friday role with Saturday work required for Open House Inspections.
