Portfolio Manager - Residential Real Estate

Having established themselves as leaders in the inner northern suburbs, this agency services a growing marketplace! This agency is an established professional team with leasing/admin support offered in their property management team. They are looking for someone to manage a moderate portfolio of 155 properties with room for grown, all local to the office.

With scope to grow into a Team Leader role with an assistant working under you, this role offers progression, diversity and the chance to work with tier 1 properties & clients!

 Property Manager

• Monday to Friday 9:00 - 5:30pm + 1 in 4 Saturdays (half day)
• $70,000 Salary Package + Commissions & Car Allowance
• Managing a portfolio of 155 using Cloud Based Software
• Full administration/leasing/business development support
• Parking Provided on site - Undercover Parking
• Career Progression and continual corporate training 

Ideal Candidate

This position will suit someone who has experience in property management with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide excellent client service daily. You must have your Victorian Agents Representative Certificate to be eligible.
