The role:

We have an opportunity for a Finance & Facilities Administrator to work across two key client accounts based in Parramatta, Sydney.

 The role will be responsible for:

The Finance & Facilities Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support including:

  • Administration such as filling, photocopying, managing incoming calls and queries and the preparation of correspondence
  • Processing of incoming invoices
  • Assisting with the preparation and coordination of contract documentation such as manuals, plans, reporting, meeting minutes as required;
  • Assisting the team with contractor management;
  • Assisting with the management of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work and information currency as required;
  • Making sure WHS&E policies and procedures are met and maintained by all stakeholders.

 

Skills & Experience :

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in providing written reports as well as processing invoices
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
  • High quality written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Essential current experience in Word, Excel, Outlook (or related programme).
  • Demonstrated understanding of QA, WHS and environmental systems.
