What are we looking for?
As the Retail Manager of this high profile retail client throughout Greater Sydney, your role will be to provide leadership to staff, as a senior representative of JLL and to ensure we are doing everything possible to manage this asset to the highest possible standard. You will encourage a culture of innovation and sustainability amongst people and be constantly looking at new ways of doing things to add value to the investment.

Key duties will include:

• Autonomously managing a portfolio of six retail assets, including four neighbourhood shopping centres, two of which are redevelopment opportunities 
• The delivery of the property's business plan objectives, minimising arrears, maximising property income
• Actively overseeing the execution of the operational and capital expenditure budgets.
• Providing superior customer service to ensure that all centre staff provide the same service standards.
• Keeping abreast of the leasing activity, centre marketing, client reporting and tenant relationship management.

In order to be our chosen candidate, you will be a true Retail professional with proven success in Shopping Centre Management or Retail Property Management. You want to utilise your capabilities to add value to our business with a focus on success for yourself, the tenants and our Client. You possess excellent client relationship management skills and always look to find a win/win solution. Your financial reporting and superb communication skills will see you shine in the role. Most important is you love a challenge and can work in a high pressure environment.
