This company is expanding their professional property management department and are offering an exciting career opportunity for the right candidate to work in their award winning agency in the City of Casey.

They are looking for someone who is confident, organised and enthusiastic to join their amazing work environment. If you are proactive and are looking for room to grow in a business then this is the position for you.

Your role will include:
  
  • Manage a clean portfolio of 160 properties with NO accounts!
  • Full Leasing support!
  • Monday to Friday
  • Conduct rental reviews & lease renewals
  • Conduct regular in-going, routine and final inspections
  • Effective handling of maintenance and repairs
  • Latest Property Management software and resources
  • Will be fully supported by the Department Manager and Principal
  • Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents
  • All aspects associated with Property Management  
  
To be successful in this role you will possess:
  
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in residential property management
  • Experience with Property Tree preferred but not essential
  • Outstanding communication and administrative skills  
  • Strong organisation and computer skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Current National Police Check
  • A positive, professional attitude with a love for Real Estate
