What You'll Be Doing
The Territory Manager will report to the National Sales Manager whilst being supported by a broader sales team.
Your strong sales skills, commitment to excellent customer service and knowledge of real estate and property management, will see you build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers as well as identify and win new business.
This Role Is Responsible For
- Meeting individual sales targets and supporting the overall sales team plan
- Developing relevant business plans to address possible opportunities
- Identifying current and future sales opportunities and respond to all leads
- Preparing relevant sales documentations and correspondence
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Experience of a similar role with evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Firm understanding of the sales process
- Knowledge of property management and real estate is highly desirable
- A can do attitude and a desire to learn and grow
- Outstanding communication skills
- Flexibility and passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to develop a plan and work that plan to achieve sales targets
