About the Customer Experience Coordinator Position

We are growing fast and are looking for a passionate customer service professional with outstanding customer service and relationship management skills to join us as Customer Service Executive. You will be part of our team looking after our property owners and you have the unique opportunity working with an extraordinary team. 

Responsibilities…

  • Provide a "wow" experience for MadeComfy property owners
  • Provide fast and professional help and advice our customers what to expect from us
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • Maintain our systems to keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Work with the team to ensure our NPS score reaches our target 
  • Ensure we follow our complaints procedures for our customers to use

Skills & Experience...  

  • You admire the Customer Experience of Zappos, Disney and Appliances Online as much as we do!
  • Empathetic, service focused and driven individual with passion and energy to provide outstanding customer experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • At least 3 years experience in customer service management roles
  • Good working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Previous Startup experience is a plus
  • Clear thinking and acting under pressure
  • A positive "Can Do" attitude
