Skills include:
- Preferred 12 months experience in Strata, Real Estate
- Strong computer skills
- Capable of prioritising to ensure tasks are completed
- Team person
- Happy personality
Duties include some of the following duties but not be limited to:
- Respond to committee enquiries
- Oversee all insurance renewals and liaise directly with the Broker prior to renewal
- General ad hoc administration duties
- Handle all compliance matters, including AFSS and Lift Renewals as well as pool compliance, liaise with the BM to ensure all are received prior to the due date
- Take minutes
- Updating new owner and tenant details
- Prepare and send all agendas and minutes on behalf of Strata Manager
