Your New Role

The opportunity exists for a Property Manager with previous experience. You will be working alongside some of the most elite Property Managers on the Northern Beaches. You will work within a strong and encouraging team where you will manage a portfolio of 170 managements with full support!

Your responsibilities will include

Managing a portfolio of 170 managements

Ingoing and outgoing routine inspections

Routine Inspections and Final Bonds

Liaise with tenants and owners

Maintenance and Advertising

Use of REST or Filesmart experience

A bit about you

Minimum of 12months in property management

Knowledge of REST or File Smart preferred

Certificate of Registration is a MUST

Well Presented 

Highly Organised and customer service orientated

Ability to generate market appraisals
