Exciting position now available for an experienced Property Manager to join this dynamic Property Management team within South Brisbane corridor.
This role will suit those whom enjoy a variety of tasks on a daily basis within a busy & vibrant working environment.
The position requires a minimum of between 2-3 years experience within Property Management with the ability to manage a medium size portfolio.
- Previous experience of minimum 2-2 years within Real Estate in the capacity of Property Manager role
- Previous experience with the ability to converse with Tenants and Landlords
- Property Management Administration experience (lease renewals and rent arrears management)
The successful candidates will possess the following attributes
- Current QLD Registration
- Current Driver's Licence and own vehicle
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of Console or REST an advantage
- Knowledge to induct new tenants through Lease sign ups and vacating tenants to assist with smooth tenancies
- Enjoy working in a busy but vibrant boutique agency
