Exciting opportunity to be involved in a flagship Master Plan Community from the start!
About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Development Manager to join us working across the largest masterplanned community in Victoria, Cloverton. The project is currently in it’s infancy stage which provides a real opportunity for the incoming Development Manager to impact the outcomes of the project and shape the future of it.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the integration of project disciplines such as sales, marketing, design, and finance, in a manner that maximises project outcomes;
- Collaborate effectively with other areas of the business, both within the Stockland Residential business whilst working closely with National teams to achieve best practice outcomes;
- Manage relationships with key stakeholder groups to achieve required business outcomes.
- Coach, mentor and manage three development team members
About You
This is an exciting role for an individual with a high level of initiative who is looking to work on challenging and complex projects in addition to being part of a broader fast paced development team.
Key skills include:
- Significant prior experience in a similar role ideally in delivering greenfield developments;
- Solid financial acumen;
- Ideally previous people leadership experience;
- A strong ability to engage with key stakeholders.
