Opportunity for Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs Melbourne

This agency has been operating for 20+ years in Melbourne's premium boutique real estate market. Operating in Hawthorn, Toorak & South Yarra, you will have the opportunity to manage an array of high end apartments, penthouses & homes in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

You will be managing 155-160 properties with support. This agency caps their portfolio to ensure the Property Managers done become burnt out & to ensure service to their landlords. With 1 in 6 Saturdays, take a step into a more professional and structure role, with a bit of life balance!

With a team of 7 in Property Management including a Department Manager and a an assistant property manager to work between the 5 Property Managers, join a well structured & setup team. 

The Details
Title: Senior Property Manager
Salary: $70,000 + Super + Leasing Comms

•   Office based in Inner Eastern Suburbs  
•   Handle 155-160 properties
•   Amazing culture & tenure of employment is excellent
•   1 in 6 Saturdays 

Applicants MUST have Agents Representative Certificate, available vehicle and licence and ideally applicable experience.
