The Company

Your New Role

Responsible for both Agent and Property Marketing, as well as Sales administration support, this role will be responsible for 3 distinct tasks.

1. Property Marketing:

  • Attend, direct and manage all marketing appointments
  • Book, proof and execute all marketing campaigns
  • Liaise with vendors, solicitors, stylists and other service providers as required
  • Social Media input
  • Ensure that all clients' needs and expectations are exceeded

2. Team Marketing:

  • Social, community and personal marketing
  • Support with arranging and running events

3. Admin:

  • Support in all functions of the business - be the operational backbone
  • Coordinate the exchange to settlement process
  • Detailed database management
  • Answer calls, manage diaries, compile documentation - Whatever it takes to keep team momentum

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Previous experience in marketing coordination - Real estate will be highly regarded
  • Social Media Savvy
  • Tertiary qualifications undertaken in marketing, property styling or presentation
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative, innovative and think ahead of the curve
  • Proactive and demonstrated ability to work under pressure
  • Drivers license and car
  • Sharp, immaculate presentation
