Duties & Responsibilities;
· Lead Generation and Prospecting
· Cold calling/Door knocking/Business Development
· Letter box drops
· Supporting the sales team and both Directors
· Assist with property marketing and Open Houses
· Listing and Selling
Skills & Experience;
· Excellent phone manner with a smile in your voice
· Excellent relationship skills and a love for people
· Certificate of Registration & a reliable car
· Immaculate presentation and communication skills
· Desire to succeed, currently work or want a career in Real Estate
· A sense of humour, great attitude and self motivated
· Drive, passion, and enjoy being a team player
· A Northern Beaches local with knowledge of the local area (anywhere from Manly to Palm Beach)
