Our client is a start-up built to change the way residential property management works from the ground up. The two co-founders have relocated here from the Silicon Valley. One was the Global Head of Product Management for Uber; the other was a Principal on Google's Global Business Strategy Team. Together they've developed unique technology which changes the way property management is done and makes it a better, more transparent and efficient experience for the landlord, tenant and property manager - so everyone wins!

The Position
Their next key recruit in this business is a Property Manager to work alongside the Senior Property Manager who also heads up Operations. Working together you will bring all of your industry knowledge to bear in creating a property management service for today’s world that truly delights people.
Your responsibilities will include but won’t be limited to the following;
- Manage a portfolio of 100+ properties
- Maintain a strong relationship with landlords and tenants
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Arrears management
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
The Person
- Experience in property management
- A high level of communication and people skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues
- You will be thorough, systems oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
- You will have proven ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus.
- Hold a current certificate of registration or real estate licence
- Have a reliable car and driver’s license
