This is a highly rewarding but challenging role located at Metricon's Robina Office within the Internal Sales Team.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Accurately understanding and assessing client needs and providing suitable timely solutions;
• Managing high volume display visitors, following up leads and achieving high sales targets;
• Providing customers with a first class professional experience, exceeding customer service expectations; and
• Developing and maintaining a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers and local community providers.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years sales experience within the residential industry;
• A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
• Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills;
• Well-developed organisational and client management capabilities; and
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
