Our client is a boutique Commercial agency based in the inner city. They specialise in commercial property, sales, leasing, acquisitions and valuations. Their team is very experienced and highly regarded in the local area due to the level of service they provide all of their clients. They have an amazing team culture, including in house training.
 
They are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their amazing team to manage a mixed portfolio of properties. The portfolio comprises of mostly retail and office properties and just a few industrial. 
Inner city location, commissions to be earned, in house training and car space provided. Great support team to help with boutique portfolio. 

To be considering for this role you will have the following:
  

• Experience in Commercial Property Management
• Agents Representative Certificate, reliable car & driver's license
• Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills
• IT Savvy; Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Will consider an experienced Residential Property Manager of 4 years minimum looking to make the switch
