Staff Solutions Australia Pty Ltd is currently looking for an experienced Mandarin Speaking Property Sales Manager to join a successful Real Estate Agency in the Eastern Suburbs responsible for selling the properties (house, apartments, off the plan etc) to Asian Market.   

Responsibilities:

• Generating new opportunities with new clients and maintaining good relationship with existing clients 
• Convincing prospective clients that you are the right one to handle the sale and agree the terms
• Arranging and delivering attractive advertising to promote the property
• End to end sales activity and working towards achieving target
• Provide training sessions to sales team members
• Mentoring the sales team and offering assistance and supervision during sales process
• Developing and implementing business development opportunities
• Preparing sales reports and team member performance reports
• Making appointments and showing clients around a property
• Finding clients in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable and agreeable price

Requirements:

• Over 3 years sales management experience (apartments and residential houses etc)
• Strong off the plan sales experience
• Team management experience
• Current Real Estate License (Agent Certificate)
• Excellent communication skills in both English & Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle

Conditions:

• Citizenship, permanent resident visa holders
