Pearson Bros Property Management is a family business with over 45 years real estate experience in Cleveland. The companies key business is providing residential property management services to landlords and tenants in the Redland City Council area.
This position is a full time property manager's role, reporting to the Senior Property Manager & Office Manager, key duties & responsibilities will include all aspects of property management but mainly paperwork periodic inspections and condition reports.
• Ideally have a min of 6 months recent experience in an Assistant Property Manager position.
• Must have a current certificate of real estate registration
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude".
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Your personality must be enthusiastic, energetic, self-motivated and have high ethical values.
• Current drivers licence.
• Experience with Console Real Works & ADL is preferred.
As a full time employee, you will be required to work 38 hour week, which will include a rostered ½ day Saturday work paid as overtime..
