 The client:

Our client, who is a well known property company, is currently looking for an Administration Manager to be based at one of their Shopping Centre assets on the Southern side of Brisbane. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Admin Manager with strong skills in MRI to join a close knit and collaborative team. 


The Role: 
  • Assisting the Centre Manager and team in achieving their targets and goals by providing outstanding and reliable support 
  • Deliver all general reception and office management duties 
  • Management of admin and accounts, including raising of purchase orders, processing invoices and timely reconciliation of accounts/expenses 
  • Consolidate and ensure delivery of Monthly Reports for the centre across all Trusts are issued on time and to the highest of standards 
  • Prepare Casual Mall leasing documentation and invoicing by assisting the Marketing Manager as directed
  • Fostering strong relationships with tenants to be the driver in supporting and collecting tenant arrears and ensuring tenancy schedule accuracy, as well as distributing retailer correspondence
  • Assisting with the annual budget preparation in relation to administration expenses 
  • Lease administration and document file management as required
  • Be logical in following sequences and savvy with numbers
The successful candidate:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Administration Manager in a Shopping Centre environment
  • Strong experience using MRI software is a must
  • Be highly organised and a team player
  • Enthusiasm and dedication to your role
