About the company:
Our client invests in and develops the property and are seeking a talented Development Manager to focus on their upcoming luxurious project!
  
About the role: 

• Full exposure to all stages of development; acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery and marketing;
• Work closely with the Development Director to deliver multiple projects;
• Preparation of all relative documents; financial, council etc;
• Attend all relative meetings with regard to projects;
• Deliver luxury projects and make a mark on Melbourne’s property scene

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as an Assistant Development Manager
• End-to-end experience in multi-use residential and commercial projects
• Experience in working in a consultative role with a tier 1 or 2 builder is desired
• built form experience.
• Experience contractor or consultancy PM
