Our client is a highly successful, multi award winning office in the heart of Sydney's Western Suburbs. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised and efficient Property Manager to join their team. Working for a Director who has worked their way through the ranks of Property Management before establishing their own agency, your voice will be heard and your challenges understood.
The Position
As a Property Manager you will be joining their large, friendly and close knit team of 6 PM’s looking after a shared portfolio of properties. Our client has taken an 'all hands on deck' approach and allows each staff member the opportunity to liaise with landlords, tenants and complete all duties across the spectrum of Property Management.
In this Property Manager position, your responsibilities will include:
- Strong focus on tenant and landlord relationships
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Review applications and select tenants
- Minimise arrears
- Manage repairs and maintenance requests
- Negotiate leases and rent reviews
The Person
The ideal candidate for the position of Property Manager will have:
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
- First class written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisation
- Impeccable personal presentation
- Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
