They have a medium sized team of Body Corporate Managers who work with support staff to manage buildings right across the Gold Coast. 

• Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
• Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
• Prepare budgets
• Convene and conduct meetings
• Working with Building Management Committees
• Providing General Management Support

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 current years experience within Body Corporate Management 
• Experience with large buildings and layered schemes
• Strong communicator and able to communicate with high end clientele
• Maturity and ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
• Ability to prioritise and work well in a team
