Partnering Exclusively with FutureYou, together we are seeking an experienced Retail Leasing Executive to be located on their leading shopping centre within Canberra.

My client specialises in the property management of a wide variety of different shopping centres across Australia and New Zealand.
Description
As the Retail Leasing Executive of this Canberra asset, it will be your responsibility to re-negotiate existing leases to maximise gross income, ensure low vacancy with rental growth, continue to work on remixing and adding new projects, continuously canvas the market and be up to date with the new and existing retailers.
Profile
The successful candidate will ideally have 2 + years experience in retail leasing or of the like, have a great attitude and eagerness to stay on the retail leasing pathway.
