About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Client Success Consultant to join their team. The role of the Client Success Consultant is to ensure our clients maximise the value from their SaaS (software as a service) subscription. This client-facing role is responsible for delivering service excellence through client on-boarding, training and account management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of service excellence to both existing and new clients
- Successfully on-boarding new clients - helping them deploy and derive total value from their software subscription by driving their full adoption and utilisation of the product
- Increasing the engagement of existing clients through effective relationship management and training
- Maintenance and enhancement of internal and external training materials
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working within the Australian real estate industry
- Background in software support/training/on-boarding
- Experience using a CRM
- Strong Account Management skills
- Ability to listen to clients and elicit their requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Customer service expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and determination to find positive outcomes
- Adaptable and willing to give things a go
- Embraces innovation
- Knowledge of eLearning platforms and/or eLearning course design would be highly regarded
