What You'll Be Doing

Using your strong sales and relationship management skills, you will provide a world class experience as you convert prospects to customers.  You will be comfortable generating your own leads as well as responding to inbound leads from the new the business segment.  To be successful in this role you will have true hunter mentality and be fearless when reaching out to potential clients and competitors to Rockend suite of software solutions.  Commitment to excellent customer service and knowledge of real estate and property management, will see you build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers as well as identify and win new business.

This Role Is Responsible For

• Identifying potential clients as well as current and future sales opportunities to generate sales leads for Rockend
• End-to-end sales process, from cold calling to ongoing account management
• Meeting individual sales targets and supporting the overall sales team plan
• Developing relevant business plans to address possible growth opportunities
• Preparing relevant sales documentations and correspondence

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Knowledge of property management and the real estate industry is a must
• Experience of a similar role with evidence of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Hunter mentality to sales
• Firm understanding of the sales process
• A can do attitude and a desire to learn and grow
• Outstanding communication skills
• Flexibility and passion for delivering outstanding service
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to develop a plan and work that plan to achieve sales targets
