About the role

We are seeking a career minded Residential Property Manager who will be responsible for running their own portfolio whilst being supported by the property management team.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to continue their career in property management.  Applicants will have a minimum of 1 year's experience as a Property Manager, must be able to efficiently service their portfolio and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

We are looking for someone who is passionate, goal oriented and committed to deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills and experience

  • The ideal candidate must meeting the following criteria:
  • Certificate of Registration
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A sound working knowledge of all relevant legislations
  • Confidence to liaise with all parties in the tenancy process
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Efficient and accurate data entry skills with the property management software and microsoft word
