We have a wonderful opportunity for a career minded and motivated person to join our office in the Holiday Accommodation department.

The ideal applicant will possess:

• Previous property management or tourism industry experience
• Experience using Yes Book It, Stayz and AirBNB programs is essential
• A positive attitude with ambition to build a long term career within the real estate industry 
• Local area knowledge
• Great presentation
• Computer, data entry and telephone skills
• A passion for providing high quality customer service
• The ability to liaise confidently with staff and clients alike
• Fantastic multi-tasking skills
• A Certificate IV in Real Estate is required, we will interview if you do not already possess this, however it will need to be acquired if the position is offered

The key duties and responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming clients who come into the office
• Answering and directing calls
• Taking enquiries for and booking holiday rental properties
• Assisting in the maintenance of our holiday portfolio
• Pre-arrival holiday checks, maintaining inventories & cleaning checks
• Liaising with guests and tradespeople
• General administration duties, data entry & content management
• Assisting the Holiday Property Manager and working within a successful and supportive team 

This position is full time Monday to Friday with rostered Saturday’s and rostered on call duties.
