We are looking for an experienced Building Manager to join our team.
- Experience managing large permanent apartment complex
- Ideally experienced with trust accounting software
- Suit Senior Property Manager looking for carer progression
The Building Manager will be responsible for all facets of property management and caretaking including the following:
- Advertising and leasing apartments
- Organising inspections and maintenance
- Body Corporate reporting and interaction
- Exceptional presentation and facilities management
- Acting as first point of contact for all residents and Owners
- Conflict resolution and handling challenges in a timely manner
The successful applicant will be solutions focused with strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and influence as the role demands a diverse range of challenging responsibilities including dealing with residents, Owners and contractors on a daily basis and will require previous experience managing large strata properties with a current Resident Letting Agent License and a flexible approach to working hours.
You must demonstrate a strong customer focus, computer literacy and a proactive approach to work.
Remuneration inline with experience, 2 bedroom managers unit included as live in requirement for the position.
