The Company:

This role is exclusive with Gough Recruitment. 

The Role:
  • Manage your allocation of the portfolio
  • Strong focus on tenant relationships
  • Develop and manage strategies for each asset to optimize financial returns (in collaboration with the Head of Asset Management, Head of Leasing and Project Manager)
  • Management of tenant financial obligations
  • Annual outgoing reconciliations and budgets
  • Administration and accounts back up for the Property Administrator as required
  • Organizing, conducting and finalizing routine inspections
  • Lease administration
  • Provision of property related assistance to internal clients
  • Management of maintenance and repairs to ensure the condition of properties is preserved (in coordination with the Facilities Manager)
  • Undertake property management and development projects (in coordination with the Project Manager)
  • Updating and maintaining the property management database
  • Developing and maintaining property documentation and records.
To be considered you will have the following attributes:
  • Qualifications and/or specialist knowledge in a property or business related field would be advantageous
  • Superior customer service skills
  • A passion for working in a dynamic small team environment
  • Superior organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing and fast paced environment
  • An open attitude to embrace any challenge as it arises
  • Initiative, drive and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Strong abilities with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Persuasive, passionate and a winning attitude 
  • Drive & strong work ethic
  • Impeccable presentation 
  • A desire to grow within the industry 
  • Current drivers licence and reliable car
