About the company

The company is apart of one of the worlds most iconic names in Real Estate, with two offices located in Broadbeach.  We are looking for an Administration Assistant/Front of house to join the team. The company is planning on substantial growth over the next 3 years and are huge believers in career progression with ongoing training and development opportunities offered.

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, self-starter. This individual should be self-motivated, able to work unassisted, enthusiastic and a team player. This is a fantastic opportunity because you will not only join a great team but you will be given the opportunity to expand your experience in the real estate industry. You will be backed by staff whom offer expert area knowledge and offer best practice training on legislation in both property management and sales.

Your duties will include;

  • Front desk reception, being first point of contact, taking all phone enquiries, walk in enquiries.
  • Preparation of Contracts, Leases and new tenancy information
  • Database management
  • Assisting Portfolio Property Manager
  • Assisting other Property Manager/s as required
  • Assisting Sales staff as required
  • Open for Inspections
  • Routine Inspections
  • General Filing and administrative tasks

Ideal Candidate

To be considered for this position you will ideally possess the following;

  •      Valid QLD driver's license
  •      Your own transport is essential
  •      Well presented (you will be the face of the company)
  •      Willingness to learn and undertake further training (company funded)
  •      Energetic, self-starter
