Due to an internal promotion, a friendly and growing facilities management service provider is looking for a Facilities Account Manager to help oversee the administrative and processing side of a major account. You will be a responsible for ensuring the successful delivery and completion of work orders in accordance to KPI's and compliance.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Co-ordination and tracking of planned and reactive work order requests and ensuring effective prioritisation
- Contractor management and co-ordination including minor project management
- Monitoring and maintaining business processes and systems
- Ensuring compliance of business and client’s KPI’s
- Developing ongoing partnerships with the client and providing monthly reports.
Your key skills/background:
- Confident communication skills to form sound relationships with the client and contractors
- Experienced co-ordinator who is adaptable and process oriented
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management with prior knowledge of dealing with high volume work requests
- Proven experience with contractors and compliance.
