The Real Estate Training Academy (RETAC) is a registered training organisation (RTO 41499) based in Walkerville SA. Our core business is delivering accredited Real Estate training qualifications contextualised for South Australian laws. We love what we do and everything we do is to ensure that each students training experience is industry relevant, enjoyable and meets their training goals.

We are seeking a dynamic and fully qualified Real Estate trainer who is passionate about delivering quality Real Estate training and is student focused.

Key knowledge, skills and qualification requirements of the role include (but not limited to):

• current South Australian Real Estate knowledge and experience
• CPP50307 Diploma of Property Services (Agency Management)
• TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
• proficiency in MS Office applications within a MS Windows operating system
• current and valid National Police Certificate
• training experience is desirable

Key duties include (but not limited to):

• Availability to deliver night classes (normally twice a week, 6pm-9pm)
• Marking and assessing assessments including providing student feedback and support
• Resource development and maintenance
