Your new company
You will be working in the Development arm of one of Australia's most active investment firms. Their key objective for each project is to deliver high quality sustainable developments.
Due to pipline growth they require a Devlopment Manager to come onboard to spearhead existing and fututre projects.
Your new role
Due to growth in the pipeline my client requires an enthusiastic Development Manager to carry out the day to day management of a key land sub division project. You will oversee the detailed delivery of all project objectives.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Day to day management of project
- Planning approval and processing
- All internal/external stakeholder management
- Sales & marketing strategies
- All necessary development planning
- Progress reporting
- Project feasibility
What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a driven Development manager with strong land subdivision experience. A bachelor degree or relevant qualification. You will have had experience leading on the day to day function of developments, including leading on financial analysis/appraisal of development projects. Aside from being a strong technical candidate, you will be able to add to the existing cohesive and success driven culture.
