Our client is a specialist in Owner's Corporation Management and offers comprehensive services in residential, high-rise apartments, retail shopping strips, shopping centres, professional office suites and industrial properties.
An opportunity is now available for someone with experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management to join the team as an Owners Corporation Manager.
The role includes:
- Comprehensive and detailed training and professional development
- Monday to Friday role – no more Saturdays!
- $65k – $80k base, plus very good commission structure and hourly pay on top for all Annual General Meetings

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and guidance to owners of investment properties in line with current legislation
- Develop strong, professional working relationships with investors, contractors and vendors, as well as your co-workers and managers.
- Plan and schedule maintenance, renovations and needed works for jointly owned investment properties – high-rise apartments, retail shopping strips, shopping centres, professional office suites and industrial properties – within a strict budget.
- Schedule, conduct and present Annual General Meetings, Special General and Committee meetings to present the yearly profits and budgets, and review current and future projects.
- Professionally write agenda's and minutes of meetings, maintain accurate database information and keep accurate budget records.
- Obtain quotations from contractors, issue work orders and follow up on works in progress
- Contribute to process and system improvements to benefit the team and company
Key Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience as an Owners Corporation Manager, or as a Residential/Commercial Property Manager
- Strong relationship building skills are vital, and will help you enormously in this role.
- A high degree of accountability and follow through – the ability to prioritise and follow up on a high volume of requests
- Experience leading meetings and presentations, and knowledge of the Owners Corporation Act is highly advantageous.
