About the business
Your new company is a respected Builder/Developer of more than 30 years in the Toowoomba region. The company is now looking for a suitably experienced Property Development Coordinator to assist with the development management of their projects.
About the role
The position will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders with regard project delivery, as well as contribute in identifying property development prospects in the area. The position requires you to project coordinate specific property development activities and opportunities.

Skills and experience
- Degree in Property Economics, Project Management, Construction, Property Development or similar/related.
- 2+ years' experience in property development disciplines or a related field.
- Experience in feasibilities, budgets and time coordination.
- A knowledge of Legal and Planning and Environment Regulations.
- Experience in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders including local and state governments, industry consultants and professionals.
