The primary function of this role is to oversee and manage the end to end delivery of workplace support services, within this thriving and busy CBD building.

Description

Overseeing the customer service team and facilities coordinators, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Providing ongoing coaching, support, and development to the team

- Developing a training matrix and individual development plan for team members

- Conducting staff meetings and one to ones

- Ensuring your team is delivering a high level of customer service

- Managing any escalations

- Overseeing the rosters

- Liaising with third parties and contractors

- Ensuring all tenancy agreements are being maintained

- Attending meetings with stakeholders

- Coordinating events

- Overseeing coverage of reception areas

- Developing and implementing training plans

- Reviewing workplace systems and processes

- Providing administrative support

Profile

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have:

- Strong hospitality and customer service skills

- Experience working in a corporate environment

- An understanding of facility management services

- The ability to deal with multiple stakeholders professionally and efficiently

- Experience leading teams

- The ability to develop and implement processes and procedures

- Excellent attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- The ability to multi-task

- Strong administration skills

- Contractor management experience

- The ability to work autonomously and are self-motivated
