The Role
You will be working alongside a team of 7 dynamic Property Managers and will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 130 properties using Rest. You will have admin, accounts and leasing support to ensure you can focus on the most important part of this role - customer service! With a mixed portfolio spread across the Canberra Region, this is an exciting opportunity to work within an agency with an enviable reputation and an award winning dynamic team!
 
You will be responsible for:

• Portfolio of 130 properties
• Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
• Arrears management
• Building and maintaining relationships
• In goings, outgoings and routine inspections
• Liaising with landlords and tenants 

Skills and Experience:

• Extensive experience in Property Management ideally
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism and maturity
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Maturity, resilience and energetic approach
