We are seeking a vibrant facilities super-star to join us in Sydney’s CBD on our largest client site, where our workplace operations team are responsible for a range of in-house soft facilities services.

As the successful candidate, you will be unfailing in your customer focus. You should be prepared to complete daily cleaning inspections and general housekeeping duties where the standard expected of the team is higher than ever. You’ll be a highly-organised individual, who strives to build an ongoing relationship with our client, stakeholders and suppliers. You will thrive on engaging with your customers at every stage of service, from the initial moment of contact to the successful conclusion of each request. You will be a succinct and personable communicator, resourceful problem-solver, you will have a keen eye for detail with a "can do" attitude.

Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily cleaning and general housekeeping duties
  • Maintenance Inspections
  • Locker audits
  • Floor walking ensuring pro-active approach to keep the tenancy safe and tidy
  • Responding to client enquiries and complaints ensuring timely and quality customer service delivery
  • Coordinating with external service providers to deliver routine maintenance and rectify identified urgent faults
  • Support Building Emergency Management Plan and WHS best practice
  • Undertaking of urgent, routine and ad-hoc maintenance
  • Logging of maintenance calls with the in-house system
  • Support of building re-stacks and churns (as required)

To be a successful candidate for this role, ideally you will posses

  • Excellent customer client focus
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Have a "can do" and "will do" attitude.
  • Good communication and problem resolution skills.

If you have previous facilities experience this will be beneficial but not essential for the right person to fit in the team.
