Due to growth, our client is seeking an experienced real estate professional to join their team as a Project Marketer / Sales Consultant. Based in the vibrant and busy CBD, they are known for their contemporary approach and ability to interpret and adapt to market conditions, allowing them to stay ahead in the market. The company has a large and relevant database, allowing access to current project listings & contacts.

Your role
  • You will be focused on selling key projects in Centennial Park, Hawkesbury and Alexandria
  • Developing strong working relationships with developers
  • Signing up developments - lead/or conjunction agent
  • Ensuring compliance on all practices
  • Managing buyer database
  • Qualifying and managing leads
  • Creating marketing budgets & advertising material
  • Attending project display open homes
  • Building market knowledge
  • Developing brand awareness for the company
About You
  • You must have a minimum of 1 year + selling new developments and off-the plan projects
  • Positive, motivated and driven to succeed
  • Fantastic organisational skills, punctuality, reliability & integrity
  • Proficient computer skills across Microsoft Office
  • Certificate of Registration
  • You must have a reliable car and be willing to work weekends, if required
  • Mandarin or Cantonese speaking preferred, but not essential
