About the role:
• Manage an existing commercial portfolio
• Negotiate lease renewals
• Manage arrears
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Handle maintenance issues
• Assist with financial reporting/budgeting

Requirements:
• 1+ years’ experience in commercial real estate as a Property Manager
• Current Agents Representative certificate, car and valid drivers’ license
• Impeccable presentation and strong communication skills
