Your new company
A National soft service company, focusing on the cleaning and security over retail shopping centers and commercial property. They are looking for an experienced Site manager to oversee operations at a north Sydney shopping center.
Your new role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the shopping centre. From cleaning, security and other integrated services, your main duties and responsibilities would be:
- Staff training & development
- Site inspections
- Meeting with Clients
- Hiring and rosters
You will maintain the standards of cleanliness as per the contracts requirements. Liaison with the client to ensure their needs are met.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have past experience managing a large site or portfolio in the retail or commercial sector. Retail experience is preferred. You will have previous knowledge in the cleaning or soft services industry. A current driver’s license would be preferable.
