About the role
This is a ground floor opportunity in the booming industrial development sector. Your role will be to assist in securing new development opportunities, supporting the development team in creating detailed proposals for new and existing customers. These proposals are commercial and technical in nature, with a significant amount of work required to ensure their accuracy and fit for purpose. As you become more proficient, you will take a more leading role in this area with greater autonomy.
Duties
- Take ownership of creating detailed and technical proposals
- Facilitate information flow to internal and external resources, ensuing that briefs provided and responses received are in line with expectations and requirements
- Ensure commercial terms, preliminary designs and scopes of work are in line with company and customer standards
- Undertake a broad range of administrative and development duties around established and on going projects are required.
Skills and experience
- Exposure to the design and delivery of industrial / warehousing / distribution facilities
- Technical writing background, have previously created detailed documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Entrepreneurial and value adding mindset
- Well organised, good time management abilities
