This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager looking to join a highly respected and high performing office in the Canberra area. Being a privately owned company, they love to invest in their staff to ensure a happy office!

The Role
Will have you being responsible for a neat portfolio of 120 properties using Property Tree. The portfolio is residential based and very well maintained. Whilst maintaining this tidy portfolio, you will also be rewarded for any new business generated as well!
 
You will be responsible for:

• Portfolio of 120 properties
• Handling the repairs and maintenance for the portfolio
• Arrears management
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
• Liaising with landlords and tenants 
• NO ACCOUNTS

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years Property Management experience 
• A current certificate of Registration & driver's license
• High level of professionalism and maturity
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Previous experience using Property Tree ideally
